We’ve got a rare and exciting opportunity for the right person to pick up the reins as our new Head of Marine & ATV.

This is a great opportunity for the right person – you’ll have full P&L responsibility for an area of the business that has been growing consistently over the past few years. 

In the Marine market, we have innovative market leading products, regular new product introductions and a growing market share. Our products have a reputation for leading edge technology, great design features and fantastic reliability.  All benefits that both leisure and commercial users really appreciate.

Our ATV products are trusted by our agricultural customers across the country and our KingQuad range also has a reputation for reliability and comfort.  There is a mature and supportive dealer network, who love the Suzuki brand.

This is a broad-ranging senior role, where you’ll need to be able to see the ‘Big Picture’ and make and activate strategic plans for both Sales and Marketing. You’ll need to be able to develop relationships with Dealers, Boat Builders, industry organisations and our other business partners, using all of these to help grow a sustainable business.

At the same time, you’ll be able to dive into the detail, deciding which products to order, how much stock to hold, where our pricing should be and which sales campaign activities are best.  You’ll be confident with a spreadsheet, able to make complex forecasts, understand industry trends, write reports for UK and Global management and stand up and present with confidence. Your experience in the marine industry will be an essential prerequisite for this role.

The role is based in our Milton Keynes office, so you’ll need to live within daily commuting distance.  The role also involves UK and Ireland travel, plus other European and Japan travel on a regular basis too.  The existing team has many years of industry experience to support this role and help you deliver the sales and profit targets.
