Suzuki looks after its customers with free health check service

Back to news

Suzuki GB is pleased to announce that it is once again offering owners of its electronic fuel-injected outboards the chance to have a free engine health check.

The offer is open to all owners of Suzuki outboards from the DF15A with its unique battery-less electronic fuel injection up to the flagship, dual-propeller DF350A and is available at Authorised Suzuki Dealers when booking a service from now right through until February 2020.

This could be part of the winterisation process or as part of the normal service routine if boaters are still active on the water through the Autumn and Winter months.

As part of the health check Suzuki will provide a detailed service data report which is generated using the Suzuki Diagnostic System, which only Authorised Suzuki Dealers can access.

This will help customers to analyse their usage and the performance of their outboard, identify and diagnose any fault codes, as well as check for propeller suitability.

All of this information can be kept on record to add weight to the service history of the outboard. This will help maintain the value of the Suzuki outboard should the customer ever wish to sell it with their boat or upgrade to a new Suzuki.

Mark Beeley, National Sales Manager for Suzuki GB’s Marine Division said, “We are pleased to be able to offer this service to our EFI customers as a little thank you for owning a Suzuki. It is also a great way of us supporting our national network of Authorised Suzuki Dealers, whose expert advice to our customers is invaluable.”

At participating Dealers only.
