Suzuki promotes from within for new Marine National Sales Manager

Back to news

Suzuki GB is pleased to announce that it has promoted Mark Beeley to the position of National Sales Manager for its Marine Division, with immediate effect.

A former member of the Royal Air Force Regiment, Mark joined Suzuki in 2006 and had previously held the position of Area Sales Manager, looking after some of Suzuki’s key Dealer and Boat Builder accounts across the north of England, Wales, Northern and Southern Ireland.

He has a wealth of experience gained from studying marine engineering and over 30 years working in the marine industry. During this time Mark has built and nurtured a number of close working relationships within the Suzuki network as well as the wider industry.

On his promotion Mark said, “I am excited about this new opportunity and am looking forward to getting started. I firmly believe that we have got the best outboards on the market and that we are supported by a network of outstanding Dealers and Boat Builders. I am particularly looking forward to helping deliver some strategic developments that will enable us to take Suzuki to the next level in the market place.”

Paul de Lusignan, Director of Suzuki’s Motorcycle, Marine & ATV Divisions said, “We have taken the opportunity to re-structure our marine department slightly in order to give our Dealer and Boat Builder network even better service and I am thrilled to be able to appoint Mark to this new role. Mark’s extensive marine knowledge and his time spent working closely with our Dealer and Boat Builder partners makes him the ideal person for this role and I am delighted that he has accepted this new challenge. Hopefully we will be able to announce even more positive news soon, so watch this space. “
