For customers who purchase a Suzuki outboard for leisure use from the 18th September 2026, this new scheme will provide 3 years factory warranty from the date of purchase, plus the opportunity to add an additional 4 years of service-activated warranty, for up to 7 years of warranty cover in total.
Leisure outboards purchased before the 18th September 2026 will receive a 5-year warranty.
For commercial customers, we will be extending the standard commercial warranty from 2 to 3 years.
How does it work?
1. CHECK IF YOUR OUTBOARD IS ELIGIBLE
Own a leisure-use Suzuki outboard that is under seven years old and has fewer than 1,000 running hours? You could be eligible for another year of warranty cover.
2. BOOK A QUALIFYING SUZUKI SERVICE
Have your outboard serviced by an Authorised Suzuki Marine Dealer in accordance with the schedule in your Owner’s Manual.
3. ENJOY ANOTHER YEAR OF WARRANTY COVER
Once your qualifying service is complete, you can enjoy another year of warranty cover. Service again next year to renew your cover, up to seven years from first registration.*

Each qualifying service provides up to 12 months’ cover or the applicable running-hours service interval, whichever comes first. Maximum cover is up to 7 years or 1,000 running hours from first registration, whichever comes first. Terms and exclusions apply.
